Atty. Carl Derick C. Duñgo
MANAGING PARTNER
Attorney Carl Derick C. Duñgo is a distinguished legal professional who earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda Alabang College of Law in 2010. That same year, he successfully passed the Philippine Bar Examination, marking the beginning of his career in law and public service.
Atty. Duñgo advanced his career by joining the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as a Senior Foreign Exchange Officer. In this capacity, he was responsible for evaluating and reviewing applications for BSP registration, particularly those related to foreign direct investments, thereby facilitating the effective regulation of foreign exchange transactions in the Philippines.
Currently, Atty. Duñgo handles a broad array of legal matters within his firm, including civil, commercial, and labor cases.In addition to his regular caseload, he also specializes in several specialized legal areas such as government procurement, estate planning, corporate restructuring, registrations for foreign exchange transactions, and naturalization cases, demonstrating his versatile expertise and dedication to serving his clients’ legal needs.
Atty. Duñgo is currently the Firm's Managing Partner.

Atty. Mikhail Sherard R. Alivia

Attorney Mikhail Sherard R. Alivia obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda
Alabang - School of Law in 2012 and passed the Philippine Bar Examinations of the same year.
Atty. Alivia began his career as an Associate at the Kapunan Garcia & Castillo Law Offices, one of the premiere law firms in the Philippines. Atty. Alivia acquired extensive experience in commercial, civil, and criminal litigation, as well as domestic and family cases, special proceedings, and labor cases. He also handled various corporate clients, specifically general corporate housekeeping work.
He later worked with SGV & Co.’s former Head of Tax, Atty. Emmanuel C. Alcantara, wherein Atty. Alivia litigated various tax cases before the Court of Tax Appeals. He also rendered tax advisory work, as well as corporate restructuring for both domestic and foreign corporations in the Philippines.
Atty. Alivia was the Firm’s 1st Managing Partner. He handles the Firm’s land dispute and acquisition cases, intra-corporate and other commercial cases, criminal law and taxation cases, while servicing the needs of various corporate retainers.

Atty. Francisco Paolo Rafael G. Tolentino
PARTNER
Attorney Francisco Paolo Rafael G. Tolentino began his career as an Associate Attorney at the Defensor Lantion Briones Villamor and Tolentino Law Offices, where he gained comprehensive exposure in criminal litigation. Atty. Tolentino litigated various criminal cases, some as private prosecutor and others as defense counsel in the regular courts as well as in the Sandiganbayan. He also successfully handled election, environmental, civil, tax and labor cases.
Atty. Tolentino is currently the retained external counsel for several corporate clients. He presently spearheads the litigation and appellate practice of the firm.
Atty. Tolentino obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College Alabang - School of Law in 2011 and passed the Philippine Bar Examination of the same year.
